Reminders

  • Please remember to remove snow from your sidewalks. Children need to use these sidewalks to and from the school buses.
  • Our first half 2010 dues invoices will be mailed shortly. Please be on the look out for this invoice. If you do not received a bill in the mail, please contact OMNI to receive an invoice.
  • New meeting minutes have been posted. Please click on Meeting Minutes from the navigation to view.
  • We have noticed children throwing rocks into the ponds. We are having to spend association money to repair the damage from the children. If you see children throwing rocks, please ask them to stop.
  • We ask that you please drive slowly and watch for children playing.
  • Please do not feed the wildlife, including geese and ducks. The association is looking to spend your money to control the geese population and feeding them will only hamper that effort.
  • Please observe the posted 25 MPH speed limit in the neighborhood. It is critical to the safety of everyone in the community especially the children.

As the Association moves forward your continued input and participation is appreciated.

Announcements

  • Photos needed!
If anyone has any pictures of the development they would like to share, please email them to mheinric@columbus.rr.com

PSAM is now OMNI
PSAM has merged with Omni Community Association Managers. OMNI, previously PSAM, has been hired by the Board of Directors to manage the affairs of the Association. OMNI hires contractors to maintain the common areas, pays the bills, collects dues and administers the deed restrictions. Any deed restriction concerns you have should be addressed to OMNI. You can contact them using our link on this website. Please take a look at OMNI’s website as it has some useful information regarding the Association. Please feel free to contact the Board of Directors if your concerns or questions are not answered by OMNI.
